  • Article 2: Some new definitions added and "Program Rules" has been changed to "Program Policy."
  • Article 3: Title has been changed
  • Article 4: Reorganized contents within Article 12 and Article 4.6.
  • Article 6: Title has been changed. Article 6, Section 6.1 of the current Terms and Conditions now specifies the services available to corporate members and individual members separately.
  • Article 7: Describes relationship between corporate and individual members.
  • Article 8: Describes what to be defined within Program Policy.
  • Article 9: Describes rules about when Program Policy updates.
  • Article 10: Rules for communication between individual members and corporate members.
  • Article 11: Clarifies how individual members can submit vulnerability information.
  • Article 12: Describes rules of submitting/certifying vulnerability reports by Members.
  • Article 13: Adjustment of Article 9.2 in order to meet current agreement regarding payment method and rewards.

  • Article 23: Describes regulatory compliance at joining membership and operating the program.

  • Article 26: Sprout’s representations and warranties statement.
  • Article 27: Title has been changed. The contents of Article 7.1 and 7.2 and Article 11.1 of the current Agreement have been changed to include matters that are not warranted within the Platform and the Service.
  • Article 28: Title has been changed. Added or changed provisions regarding Sprout’s and members’ liability of damages.
  • Article 29: Describes ways of handling in the event of interruption, suspension, or termination of the service
  • Article 32: Describes prohibition of transfer of status, rights and obligations by members.
  • Article 33: Added the content of Article 11.5 of the current Terms and Conditions to this Article. Added a note regarding precedence in the event of a conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the Program Policies.
  • Article 34: General antisocial clauses.
  • Article 35: Title has been changed. Additions for arbitration by JCAA (The Japan Commercial Arbitration Association)
  • Article 37: Clarifies the position of the English Terms of Use and prioritization against Japanese version.
